We believe in clear, upfront pricing. Fees vary based on the service requested, number of documents or notarial acts, appointment location, travel requirements, and any applicable government or third-party fees. We will confirm your estimated total before your appointment.
Mobile Notary Services
$10 per notarial act
Mobile appointments may also include actual and reasonable travel expenses, agreed to before the appointment.
Remote Online Notarization (RON)
$25 per electronic notarial act
For eligible documents completed through secure electronic notarization technology.
I-9 Employment Verification
$50 per appointment
Service as the employer’s authorized representative. Travel, when required, is quoted separately. USCIS permits employers to designate or contract with an authorized representative to complete Section 2.
Loan Signing Services
From $125
Seller packages & HELOCs: $125
Purchases & refinances: $150
Reverse mortgages: $175
Scan-backs: additional $30
Final pricing depends on package size, printing requirements, travel, and assignment instructions.
Apostille Facilitation
Starting at $125
Includes document review, preparation, submission coordination, and return handling. Government authentication fees, shipping or courier charges, certified copies, and other third-party costs are additional.

Travel for mobile notarial appointments is based on actual and reasonable travel expenses and is agreed to before service.
Important Fee Information
Virginia notarial fees are established by law. WPDS charges $10 per traditional notarial act and $25 per electronic notarial act. Mobile travel expenses are separate and agreed to in advance. Government authentication/apostille fees and other third-party costs are separate from WPDS service fees.
